the staff are cute. the garden was lovely. parking is easy. the conservatory makes a lovely dining room. the 'cosy room' was a tight fit for two people, requiring some dexterity to reach the window and only one chair, but it was comfortable. i found breakfast and dinner to be excellent.

the meals were really tasty! i liked the easy ensuite shower. it was simple to use. i appreciated the beautiful garden too. it was nice.

The limited parking was a bit frustrating. i found the bedroom right next to loud vents. the room smelled like a chip shop. damp stains were on the ceiling. I noticed cracked plaster as well.
